Yummy, yummy, Jennilee! My wrists thank you. The rest of my arms initially went WHAT??!! and my mind followed, but, as I have been repeatedly told, I put my mind or ego or whatsit´sface to the side and went for it, to the best of my ability. Ability, such a great thing and I have come to see that staying close to that is not the same as permanently camping inside my comfort zone. Anyway, this was one of those classes that left me thinking I would like to do again, right away. It is the funniest thing, not that I feel super energetic or hyper in any way, something just feel "right". This whole yoga thing is starting to grow on me :-) Thank you, Jennilee, along with the 29 other teachers (just counted) here at Ekhart yoga who have supplied me with great classes of all kinds. Variation may very well be the spice of life, but I actually feel it is much more than that.

This was great, and as you said, not necessarily easy. I didn't realize how much tension I have in my hands, arms and shoulders, although it is logical because I work intensely with those parts of my body for hours every day, but this stretching; even though a bit intense; it felt great to release a bit of that tension! Thanks Jennilee! xxx

Thank you for a wonderful practice, Jennilee. I haven’t been on the mat for months now, but hefty work and new single mum life took its toll on my mood so I said: it’s time. So though I have no wrist issues it was very gentle to my mood and made it a very pleasant welcome back to the mat. Grateful that I came just here tonight. Greetings from Norway.

This is way more than just wrist-free- it is also gentle wrist therapy/awareness. Great to do after I noticed that my flows that involve "wild thing" had been straining my wrists.

Thank you Jennilee for another one of your lovely classes. Great for my whole body but especially my wrists. I do find dolphin pose very challenging. I’m not sure if it’s just because I don’t practice it very often? Or if I’m doing it wrong? I feel it in my shoulders and neck?

Deborah! Oh that dolphin! Its offered as an option for downward dog but I find it to be so much harder:) As I always say - it is easier on the wrists but necessary the shoulders and neck!!! Just keep pressing the floor away with your forearms to create length in neck and strength in shoulders:)
