Have one block handy for this energising class. In this session you will add on and build up to the peak pose, Ardha Chandra Chapasana, or Sugarcane pose. This pose requires strength, flexibility, balance and grace and when you combine these ingredients you will create some sweet yoga magic! With Star pose, Virabhadrasana II, Prasarita Padottasana, Parighasana, Trikonasana, Ardha Chandra Chapasana and more. Another great awesome session! so energeticand well precise guided in this new Chandra CHapasana. I rewind few times to get and see how I could work on this challenge pose.
