This sunset Hatha class is a 45-minute practice rooted in the traditional principles of Hatha Yoga, designed to bring balance to body and mind. Through steady movement, breath awareness, and stillness, this class helps harmonise opposing energies: effort and ease, sun and moon. We’ll begin with gentle postures to awaken the body, followed by grounding stretches and Pranayama to calm the nervous system. The class ends in deep rest, creating space for reflection and inner quiet. Suitable for all levels, this evening practice supports a peaceful transition into night.
