Create space, good healthy space. First of all in your joints, with a warm up going through all the major joints of the body. Next we create space and fullness in the back body and side body and we take all that openess and good space with us in some backbending postures, like Cobra pose / Bhujangasana, locust pose/ Shalabasana, Bow pose/ Dhanurasana, Upward facing dog pose / Urdhva mukha svanasana, Camel pose / Ustrasana. Finally we cool it down with some counterposes and Savasana. Enjoy all the space you create in this class but also have worked towards in the previous 2 weeks..

I just re-visited this class and remembered why I love it so much. Yoga for me is so much about creating space. This class is such a great reminder to keep space in the back body/kidney area. Thanks again for this wonderful sequence!

Wow. I am amazed by how stronger I've become over the last two weeks. I started from liquid jelly and now I'm almost pillowy. XD No, really, I do feel a lot fitter, and more flexible, and I've done more progress in the last two weeks than in the rest of the last year. This whole program is amazing and I'm also surprised because I'm not even searching excuses to skip a couple days. I just get up and get straight on the mat, and it seems to be easier every day. This class had a really nice pace! After the previous week of the program, I felt myself more willing to hold poses (remembering the tapas!). Your reminder at the end that I am a yogi and I can expand awareness whenever I want made me feel like a superhero. :-) Thank you.

Oh my goodness, that was wonderful! My back was achy today and now it feels so much better. I am not a naturally back-bendy person but you came into the backbends so slowly, I really felt open and ready to do them. Thank you, Esther and Sandra!

Yes Ester, this was truly a wonderful class - great for flu too! I agree with everyone I loved this expansion and was a great way to wake up out of January blues and depression and back bends that I never dared to do before were suddenly easy and I had access to the back of my body ..it was great like there was a smiling face there - opening and giving heat to open up even more..and then my heart shifted from sadness to lightness. The whole series has been a welcome light and very supportive... love expanding across the planet to you all ..Katrina

Dear esther, I really felt space in my lower back and hence greater capacity to open my heart. It was an amazing feeling! Felt that my lower back (literally) got a breath of fresh air! Prana is the best! Thank you. Now my question, I need a similar space, air and light in my brain. Too much thinking....it is exhausted. While I am accepting my thoughts in a friendly way and releasing them slowly it would be great if there was any asana or pranayama that would help create same effect in my brain/head. I am reaping the fruits of this rejuvenation process in my heart chakra, in my hips area (thanks to you, I went to an osteopath and after just 2 sessions I feel flexible and started to let go of what was held in that area of my body). Slowly... with loving and care for self and finding immense joy along the way as light keeps entering my life!!
