Here's a strong 30 minute class guaranteed to unlock your tight legs, hips and hamstrings through a series of asanas building up to Hanumanasana or what we call in the west a square hip split.  Don't let that intimidate you. Raghu breaks it down for all levels so you get the benefit of building towards this peak pose which is both therapeutic and liberating. If you feel like "oh I got this!" Raghu throws in some extra tricks for you.

Wonderful practice...so much Wisdom shared here. Especially liked "Lead with the heart, then follow with the head" It was for folding forward but it works so well for Life! and...Letting go of ego, a moment to moment endeavor - so worth the effort because in it is such Peace ! Namaste

Dear Raghu, thankyou for the class. The bit i loved just a little extra is some of your slow motion moves for eg moving from plank to a squat. You appear as light as a feather. Could you please provide 1 or 2 pointers on how to move in that direction of slowing down, control and strength...in the wrists in this instance. Much thanks
