This longer session is a journey into strength, stability and mobility, using a Pilates ball for extra challenge and support. You will explore creative standing and mat-based sequences, including Bridges, planks, Abdominal curls and side-lying leg work, all enhanced by the dynamic feedback of the ball. Core-focused, yet truly full body, this practice integrates mobility, balance and posture awareness work, before closing with restorative spinal and hamstring stretches, ideal if you wish to feel centred, strong and deeply connected.
