Join Tashi for a short yet powerful session for building capacity and strength in your arms - from the fingertips to the ribcage. This is an accessible yet challenging session targeted for improving arm strength and mobility. You might use these exercises in your daily life to prevent habits of hunching, great for restoring the upper body if you tend to slouch over a phone or a computer. This session is designed for all levels but go carefully if you've had any shoulder injury.

This class is part of the 10 Day Tone Up Challenge.

Thank you Tashi for this wonderful heart opening exploration, I felt alive and renewed and ready to hug, maybe not a person just yet but at least a tree. I planted 14 trees yesterday for my community and I was feeling tight in my arms and shoulders so this was a perfect match, hugging and releasing.

After the thorough warming up and flexing, getting my arms in the '12 o'clock' position over my head while lying on the floor has never felt so good. I loved the observation at the end that our arms are an extension of our hearts. So true and revealing. I leave the class feeling I know our collective self a little better. Thank you.

Dear Tashi, thank you for this energizing class! I really enjoyed child pose with palms up..i felt a good opening and stretch in the side of the body and under shoulder region. I wanted to ask you something about one of the last exercises towards the end of the class. when we were laying down on our back with cactus arms, you said we shouldn't touch the floor with our arms (int rotation), I was curious why. Because my arms can go down without pain. Thank you so much! This program is working for me, i'm feeling it!

Thank you Tashi! There was everything covered for me in this class: hugging myself and loving myself, better than the fitness where I cannot go because of the bug, therapy for my home office tensed shoulders and neck, being thankful for what I have, so in short a complete workshop! Thanks!
