Who wants strength without being open? That paradigm is old and didn't serve us. Yes, we want strength but we want freedom in our body as well. Muscle shouldn't be a burden, it should enhance our lives. This class on one level is core conditioning, but uses yoga fundamentals to make sure we're not building muscle in an inappropriate way that doesn't serve our ultimate wellness. There is no fitness unless we are open and at peace in our bodily frame. In this class you get it all and in only 30 minutes!

Dear Ragunath, thanks for this blast of energy. There was a point at about the 10th minute when I wanted to stop but then time flew by. I did Esthers "31 point relaxation technique" and found it to be a good way to calm down afterwards.

Woahzers!!! That was something. I was really thankful that Raghunath said we should thank him (though I thought that was ridiculous at first), but that really helped me shift my mind from grumbling about doing the work, to surrendering to it. That was kind of big for me. It was hard, but I'm glad for it. Thank you Raghunath for this, and your insight at the end of the class. Namaste :)

I did this class the other day and think I finally recovered. LOL. It was tough but excellent and I can't wait to do it again, and again, until I get super strong. Thank you Raganuth. Jenny, you were amazing.

A bit much for my weakest body part (arms), but I was able to modify and thoroughly enjoyed letting go of my mind saying no, can't, too old, not good enough, and just laugh and enjoy the practice. Thank you so much.

I do this class often, especially when I have something challenging happening in my life and I feel so strong after doing it. I also laugh a lot, like from the bottom of my heart, especially after those mountain climbers.Thank you Ragunath _/\_

HAHA.... this guy kills me! Im both laughing and crying at the same time. I really love his light heartedness and humor while at the same time offering a serious and challenging class. I do this class often and I think Ragunath is a hoot, which frankly is very much welcomed in a world with, in my view, not nearly enough fun these days. Thank you!

I am no where near a hand stand..not physically or mental ready.. but super proud for understanding and trusting my torso to pick myself up on the blocks!! I tried a month ago and I couldn't barely lift my bottom.. and today, it happened. I loved when you talked about the label and the idea that we stick onto ourselves and limit us through time... It was good to reflect on this! Great work out, Thank you!

Really enjoyed this class and especially the suggestion to just lay on the back & cradle the foot during pigeon (my hamstrings & hips are very tight so this was an excellent suggestion).

This class made me uncomfortable. I'm certain that "she" had a name and Jenny deserves the respect of having it used. When Esther uses others to demonstrate poses in her classes, she always gives that person the respect and dignity they deserve. I'm also not going to "thank" anyone who doesn't get down and do the work with me, especially on a filmed class.
