A complete, full-body Pilates experience that balances strength training with deep, mindful stretching. We begin with a dynamic standing sequence using light weights and a long resistance band, then we explore flowing mat work to challenge your core, hips and spine stability. Classical Pilates exercises are paired with mobility-focused stretches to enhance your flexibility while maintaining strength and control. This extended practice offers both intensity and release, helping you feel both powerful and spacious in your body and mind.
