A lovely class that left me feeling zingy zangy zongy. Lowlight: the even small jumps that brought up a pain in the knee (my old injury, not yours!) Highlight: glorious smooth transition from warrior 3 (better not mention the half splits...) through to a well deserved pigeon. Rarely did I experience such a nice contrast! Enjoyed it all. Thank you Anna!

Wow, thanks Irina. Thank you for your great comments. About your knee, as you probably know, not every movement/pose is good for every body. Always use your judgement in approaching challenging movements. But you inspire me to think of a class to address knee issues, as I too have a knee that doesn't always go along. Often with injuries, it's good to test the boundaries, but back off when your body talks back (i.e. knee pain). But gradually we can bring those old injuries back to full function with very gradual movement (super gradual over the time span of months to a year). Be well, stay safe in these crazy times!

Anna this was a wonderful Yoga class, I think it is because you are a very good Pilates teacher. I felt that you approached the postures from a different angle. It hard for me to explain, but I really enjoyed it!
