Thank you Veronique, perfect practice. I would call it "Goldilocks' or just right not too strong and not too light. Great atternative to hormones or at least I am taking this along with natural herbs over RX. Thanks for this lovely practice. Love and blessings,

Thanks, Veronique. Certainly will do. I have been using your core technique - drawstring and zip - while I have been doing kapalabhati pranayama, and it is amazing. My core is now coming along quite well, and I am using the techniques even while doing twists! One of the best tips ever. Kind of magic bullet for me.

@ Ramani Just in case you didn't see my "general" reply: you can do legs up the wall as an alternative to headstand or you can work towards headstand if you wish. Go into the dolphin pose with the fingers interlaced and work on bringing your feet closer to your head until you can place the crown of your head inside your hands. You don't need to go any further until you feel ready but this will help you feel more comfortable in the inversion. Another option is to do the shoulderstand if that is comfortable for you. Let me know if you have any questions.

This was exactly what I needed today, especially after David's chalenging class yesterday. And i'm so happy that I managed to do a headstand dor the first time ever :))) although it was next to a wall it just made my day.

Oh my goodness, I so concur with you May. David's class was great but I woke up very sore this morning! This class was great to counter yesterday's session, and like you I did the headstand for the first time even though I used the wall to assist me :) Thanks Veronique!

Sorry for the late reply, i just moved country;-) yes Val you can practise this sequence everyday. it does help with some of the menopause symptoms Cecy as it helps to balance the hormones. Anne, Ramani, you can do legs up the wall as an alternative to headstand or you can work towards headstand if you wish. Nice short and relaxing practice, which is a good variation to the more strength based sessions. Managed the headstand against a wall but still working on getting more flexibility in hamstrings. Thanks Veronique.

Really loved this class. Very gentle, soothing. Can this be practiced every day? I can't do the headstand but can possibly do everything else. Please advice. Thank you. I am looking for a gentle, not so heat generating class.

@ Vai It is safe to practice every day. There are lots of other gentle classes on the website too. Have you tried the yin yoga classes?

Thanks Veronique, this was a lovely class and I really felt it in my ovaries afterwards, which are the organs where I most need some re-balancing to be done. I also felt that the headstand was going to be pretty comfortable thanks to your tips! It's the first time I understand where to put the weight of my body. Will try again near to the wall.. today I was in a kind of crowded and small room and did't dare to send up both of my legs! :) Thanks again and Namaste

hi Ekart and Veronique, Is it possible to have some program for Hormonal Balance? i am in my mid-30, most of my girl friends are around 30-40 as well. We find different 'weird' scenario appear on our bodies most likely affected by hormone shift (we are like detective sorting out reasons). Some of us suddenly have acne explosion, some of us are single without sex life, some of us lost sex drive, some of us have minor problem in breast or virginal system... all sort of things. It would be great to have some 3-4 week program focus on hormone:) love your site and your lesson. wish you a fruitful life:)

Thanks Nichola. That's very kind. I would do the child's pose for as long as you feel you need to. And really let go. Inhaling and exhaling slowly through the nose... I will!
