It's me again - I did this class 5 times so far, and meanwhile it feels less cruel, haha. I even manage the 10-count about one or two times per practice now. Didn't think I could do that. Thanks again, really. This little gem saves my sanity these days.

Such a fantastic class! Thank you so much. Only request I would have is to add an inversion at the end, shoulder stand, head stand....I just think that is one of the juices of yoga that 'could' be always there.... namaste and much gratitude.

Ha ! I misread - was looking for a moving meditation to get out of my head (so to speak) but , as I find it hard to meditate/switch off this energetic practice ironically cleared my head for me (no space in my case for anything other than breathe and move) so enjoyed it a lot thanks

Tashi, this was a wonderful practice! THANK YOU! I had surgery 7 weeks ago and this was my first time back on my mat. I had to make several modifications but was just so happy to be moving again. I feel more recharged and relaxed then I have in many weeks. This is going into my favorites. I am the proud mom of five boys who love to mountain bike, this is a great workout for days that they aren't on the trails.

Magic moving practice, envigorating and feel fully charged with the sunrise raising, how lovely!! I enjoyed the pace. Ready for the day driving...and sitting!! Thank you Tashi, exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommand this class to have some fun at the same time. The savasana was wonderful!

That was fun! You make it fun! Super energizing and focusing. My intention before the class was to practice a short energizing class and then do 10 minutes or HIT for my core. Skipping the HIT because this class provided plenty of HIT and core work, lol. Thank you for offering this punchy & powerful short class. :-)

Tashi as always a truly amazing class, what I love about you and the teachers here at Ekhart yoga is your humanism and your humour. You are all making me love yoga again, yoga and I had a mini falling out - was doing lots of zoom classes with my usual yoga place and felt like it was all bit competitive and who could do crows and headstands - where as when I tune in with Ekhart you make me feel okay that I wobble a bit and help me remember why I love yoga - so good for the soul. Thank you, you wonderful souls Xx

What a great practice you offer us here Tashi! Third thay in a row that I take this before lunch and I have the feeling it is just right for me, challenging but still manageable with a few adaptations that suit my body best. I had to make a few brief pauses but got to the end. Normally I would be able to grab my foot in lounge, but today I couldn’t. Considering my family has been fighting off this nasty virus baby caught at nursery school, I’d say it was pretty good.

Managed to follow, except the planks to floor for 10...seems some arm strengthening is needed! I also did a short warm up before this, as I seem to need longer warmups these days. Thanks for the motivation Tashi.

Tashi this was off the charts!!!! Oh my God! It was fun and so creative and the title was on point. Thank you so much for this marvellous practice. It's definitely going into my favourites and I might try creating my own little yoga workout within sun salutations just for fun. What a creative way to bring fitness into yoga while it still being yoga. I love the winding down at the end and the relaxation. I definitely stayed longer in that yummy Savasana. Thanks again!
