Join Tashi for a strong yet centred Hatha sequence that builds focus and inner steadiness with Hatha-style Sun Salutations, longer hold standing and seated postures. At the end of this session you might like to practice meditation or pranayama to enjoy the stillness and clarity you’ve cultivated on the mat.
