Great practice Tashi - thank you so much. It takes effort to not rush but just what I need to do in my life right now.

Oh Tashi I was right back in the studio in Sardinia☺️. And the Om Tare mantra just materialised in my head and in my voice. What a blissful moment. Thank you you wonderous being you 🙏

That was a niiiice class, thank you Tashi! Loved taking the time in some positions we normally rush through and really feeling them, settling into them. I had scrolled through and saw those half moons so I had blocks at both ends, otherwise I couldn't have managed. And I replaced the front bends at the end (not my thing, especially with a stiff lower back) with some long, luxurious pigeons. How nice. Highlights: the repetitive touching foot with hand before grabbing - I always cramp on this one and have to stretch and repeat, so by easing into it this way I didn't cramp at all! The long bridge at the end: long enough for my cat to curl under, so we both enjoyed it. Bliss!
