This is a short and strong sequence that starts from standing and flows through an active, continuous flow to get the heat up and the blood flowing. If you've been practicing with me already you'll love this class to get stuck right into if you're short on time. We get into the whole body and repeat the loop 3 times in total. Enjoy!

It is 6am and you said "strong" flow and I thought this is going to be hard because I just woke up, drinking coffee in between sides, but after the first round I felt smoother already and after the second round I hoped you would say there is another round. I feel so good now, as I not always do after yoga so early in the morning! This was awesome. Thanks Julie.xxx

Wow! As always fantastico.... Practiced this overlooking the Arabian Ocean in Patnem beach on the balcony of my humble beach hut... the sound of the waves crashing down.... the crows negotiating there breakfast on the palm tree above me.
