So beautiful to finish with that kneeling flow. I folded into a child and felt it continue like an ocean wave with my breath. So connected. Thanks for the inspiration. Always there when I need it x

Hi Lisa, Thanks for taking up this "whole body" breath - 3 dimensional breath. So valuable! And also figure 8 - never quite embodied it but will go through it again and again to really feel it. Psoas - course is great!!!

Hey lovely, always a pleasure to hear from you and delighted that you are experiencing the benefits of your dedication and time. Pity my hair looks like a mop in the picture ; )

Thank you for another great course here on Ekhart. I can sense the downward current of energy through my core all the way to my feet. It feels wonderful. And i love the idea of the psoas as a a hidden treasure - and i do sense this. Although i wonder if it it my right psoas might be a prankster. I have a question: i have some vulnerability and pain in my right pelvis/ thigh / torso. This is very familiar to me (after i had my babies) but i have ever had it treated. However, i have become aware of a new sensation, while working with your classes, that intrigues me: it is a ‘throbbing’ around the spine T12, L1 area is my guess. This is the upper attachment of psoas, right? It feels stuck / dense / sticky. Any suggestions how to get it unstuck? Is this the area of the 3 chakra? I am thinking about trying out a chiropractor, but am worried it is brutal. I would love to know your thoughts on working with this area.

Dear Renate, Many thanks for your feedback. If your symptoms have persisted, I would do some research in your local area for a competent and experienced bodyworker who comes recommended and work directly with them. It is challenging without knowing your movement history and seeing your structure to offer solid advice from here. But do continue to notice what you notice. Every practice will be a little different and it may resolve naturally over time. All the very best in your healing, Lisa

Wonderful series and would certainly repeat some of the classes again. As for the figure 8 I found so interesting, how the visualisation helped me to stabilise my core. Would be possible you do a mini article on it and show a diagram? I will revisit the class to see how it goes, butI think it truly merits an article for all member.Thank you Lisa
