This is a wonderful warmup for springing into a creative asana practice. I very much liked the invitation to do our own movements; it opened a way out (beyond) of the video format and allowed space for spontaneity. A very inspiring class!

Ah thank you Lisa. My leg that was broken badly a year ago is more springy than the one that took all the weight. Lovely fun class. That has made me smile.

Interesting concepts for me as I just don’t consider myself a “springy” person given how stiff my hips are (which is why I used blocks in the lunges). However, it’s good to remember the idea of springs so I’ll add this to my repertoire! Thank you! Namaste.

Really loved that Lisa. The movements were the same, but with tweaks. And those tweaks made my body feel so much safer from injury. Thank you for these interesting insights ?

Yes! This was a fun exploration, thank you Lisa! I loved the Karate Kid to Lunge sequence and the springing added so much more ease into what can sometimes feel a bit clunky. Your closing words were also especially beautiful. X
