lovely, David, your classes are so graceful and fluid. Could you do one on pelvic mobility and specifically softening? I find quite a lot of yoga poses actually add muscle tension.

Hi David, so much to love about this practice - already followed it twice. The slow and repetitive different aspects of working in cat/cow - opening/closing has been both meditative and thought provoking. I agree that curiosity is such an important part of our practice - not striving for the final expression of an pose but exploring and enjoying the journey. You are such an excellent exponent of this is every class I have followed. Thank you.
