Immerse yourself in an hour-long practice to bring about balance to mind, body and soul. We'll activate our fire centre with Sun salutations and balance that with variations of Half moon postures. We'll also practice variations of Warrior poses, Half Lord of the Fishes and Turtle posture to soothe the nervous system, and we end with a calming relaxation. Dedicate this time to yourself and enjoy the flow.

That was a great practice Andrew, enough challenge without being overwhelming. Despite 10 years of yoga practice, I've never felt a sense of serenity in forward bends! They are my least favourite part of yoga.
