A very simple practice using the awareness of our body surface to create space on the inside. Refreshing, energising and relaxing, this class will get you going during the day or help you to release tension and become more restful in the evening. When we are stressed, feel down or hold an unhelpful posture all day, we lose our inner space - both physically and psychologically.  Use this practice to remember the lively space inside of you.

This is just what I needed to balance out gym weights classes. This concept of creating space all over the body throughout each movement was very effective. More effective than some instructions which feel more mechanical. I especially loved your intelligent and gentle preparation for Ustrasana! (Ha! My autocorrect kept changing that word to Australians LOL). More please

After having some pain in my shoulders and upper back I have found it very uncomfortable to do sun salutations. This class has been perfect for being very mindful about all the muscles in those areas. It made sun salutations feel possible again! Thank you so much Aki.
