We move through a series of side-opening lunges and triangle variations to help you feel open, lengthened and energised. Thank you Marlene for your guidance through this fluid, steady flow with emphasis on the controlled breathwork. I found the practice invigorating and strengthening and love the little snippets of advice on turning out the hands and also separating the hips in a forward fold xx
