super creative class, really enjoyed it! it might be good to give modifications for the bird of paradise pose - I never encountered it before and wasn't sure how to join back. But all good thanks to rewind button!

My knees won’t let me do the more intense knee bending poses but I change the pose and carry on because you always stimulate my mind and make me smile Gemma!
