A groovy little practice to open up the spine and lift your energy. You may want to have a blanket under your knees as we move from a basic kneeling position to experience various flexions and extensions of the spine. This class is perfect as a morning practice, but also great after your daily activities to help you wind down for the evening.

Thank you for a lovely practice. I feel great now : ) Where are we meant to feel working or releasing when we do the flow with one knee bent and the other leg behind and we rock forward and back on our hands - the bent knee hip or just the tri -ceps?
