Thankyou! I have recently listened to a podcast about using this technique to increase compassion for health professionals and prevent compassion fatigue. So it was lovely to give it a try, plus it is just a beautiful way to start the day.

This is a very dear meditation to me and I am always grateful for George's soothing and smooth guidance. Since it is a sound recording it would benefit from marking the end in an audible way, otherwise it is not clear when it ends. May you all be well and peaceful.
