Start your day off gently and intentionally, with this combination of meditation and gentle flow. We'll begin with a seated meditation, in which we ground and center our energy, and consciously choose an intention and focus for the day based on what we need in the moment. After infusing ourselves with energy, we'll transition into some mindful and gentle flow, to get everything moving and opened up, ready for the day.

This is such a little gem that reverberates throughout the day. I come back to it often. I probably would label it as more than meditation(slow flow?). Either way, thank you, Rose, for this guidance that keeps on giving.
