Join me in this gentle, pregnancy safe, restorative and easeful practice to help soften any tension in body and mind. We'll release through the spine, lower back and hips, and take some gentle twists and butterfly pose, and finish our practice with a tailored-for-pregnancy relaxation and yoga nidra. 
Props (optional): meditation cushion, bolster, some blocks and a blanket
