Hi, Joey and thanks for posting this. it was surprisingly difficult to relax the throat once the count increased. It made me think of the sensation when overdoing singing exercises, or if tensing up while singing. I think that practicing this exercise will help me to become more aware of tensions in the throat whilst doing asanas and singing. It is likely a practice to be repeated frequently.

I am glad you liked it, try the guided class again, then try just using a ticking clock or metronome and guide yourselves.
