Dear James, these are very interesting experiences. I feel a sensation of weightlessness during the relaxation that is very interesting, and I floated off to sleep or something like a deep state and then woke up again. Or maybe it's more like ultimate relaxation because the weightlessness and gradual release physically with the visualization maybe is the relaxation. very powerful and curious experience. I think exploring this rest is certainly nourishing and definitely points me inward for the duration of the experience. Thank you! Felt great!

Dear James I set up my space and then my mum rang and the dogs took my spot! I turned my phone to silent and started and phone buzzed and I allowed myself to be disturbed by it - as habit! I got halfway in and then stopped. Third go I went for airplane mode and went to the end however I fell asleep a little. I think I feel it in my belly. And I love to feel untimed pressured - that for me is a holiday and drops me down. Thank you - glad to have this programme.Now the doorbell rings - so reflection is just doing it is enough and it won't always be perfect rest it can be partial rest.

Dear James, thank you very much for this powerful yoga nidra. I tried it yesterday evening but I was too exhausted to have enough focus and it did not do much for me. Today in the morning it was different. It felt difficult at first because I was distracted but then slowly I felt a deep sense of relaxation. It was very interesting for me to feel the guilt as tension in my pelvic floor and hamstrings. I am curious to explore this further. I am looking forward to the next classes of the program and am very grateful for the opportunity of this exploration. Thank you very much!
