We all have barriers to finding time to rest and nourish ourselves. Some of these are due to life circumstances, but many of us have our own inner challenges that stand in the way of us carving out time for ourselves. We'll explore responsibility, guilt, shame and fear as messengers to meet, be with, and unravel from. Through a blend of practices and reflections, you'll leave this session with a deeper capacity to take time for yourself and a renewed commitment to be your own best friend and anchor.
