This class blends gentle opening movements with restorative poses to release tension and nurture your shoulders. We’ll begin by exploring your natural range of motion, helping you connect with your body and create more easeful movement in the shoulders. From there, we’ll transition into a restorative approach, incorporating props to fully support you as you settle into longer holds. These poses allow the shoulders to soften and open without strain.
