I realise how tight and tense my body is at the moment due to the Corona stress, but also to the way I do everything with such an intensity that my body is paying the price. Thank you so much Lyn, I really enjoyed that session, your instruction was perfect and your voice so comforting. Have never used a chair before very good for my 74 year old body, I was able to really stretch well and used my breathing. I will be looking forward to more of your classes
