This 45-minute restorative yoga class is an invitation to slow everything down and rest deeply, offering a pause from the outer noise and inner pressure to keep going. With fully supported restorative postures, gentle guidance, and spacious stillness, you’ll give your nervous system a chance to settle and reset. No effort required and no experience needed – you’ll be guided into comfortable, supported poses using bolsters, blankets, or pillows, with plenty of time to simply be. This is not about stretching or achieving anything – it’s about letting the body rest and allowing clarity and calm to arise on their own. A perfect pratice to do if you’re feeling tired, overstimulated, or simply in need of a soft place to land.
