Thank you Esther for the best Yoga Nidra ever. I needed one that powerful especially today. I am preparing my body, mind and sprit for an unexpected, necessary, serious surgery I found out about yesterday I have been in the freeze zone since. . The sound of your voice makes me feel safe and these are the words I needed to hear. I wish there was a way I could let you know how much you have helped me through difficult challenges and trials. Ohhhhhhh I love love much love of this session, specially de shaking and Nidra! Is everything that I needed after coming back of my walk and run definitely need some strech and restorative moment. Many thanks Esther for your lovely calming guide. That I almost fell sleep but try not. Namaste 🙏❤️🕊🌼

Thank you Esther. I have avoided Yoga Nidra throughout my asana practice because it seems to be, primarily, an extended lying prone meditation following very much the sitting meditation practices I use daily. I feel I adapt my practice to what my body and heart feels and needs each day but would you say excluding Yoga Nidra leaves my practice short? TBH...I can sit in meditation and it has become an essential part of my day but I feel averse to all the lying down not moving. Perhaps mindful prone relaxation is what I should be investigating!? Plus...Overthinking it LOL
