A gentle, slow practice to help relieve a sore or stiff back. We take time to rest, relax the muscles so they can lengthen, and remind ourselves that we are safe and sound, and that support is always there for us. If there is acute pain then lying in semi-supine regularly is a good plan. This practice can be used as general 'maintenance' too.
