Thank you Veronique, That was a lovely and very calming class. I did this class because I have a huge tightness in my upper back which just happened spontaneously yesterday when I went to take a stretchy yawn and it went into spasm. I was just wondering if you have any advice for when this happens in the body?

Hi Trish. So sorry i have only seen your question now. It is hard to answer though as spasms can be due to many different things. Sometimes drinking water (spasms can be due to dehydration) and stretching are enough but it really depends what the cause is. Hope it helps. Warm regards

I was not sure what kind of practice I was looking to do on this dreary, cloudy, and rainy Saturday. This class was exactly it though - relaxing! My mind felt frustrated at times, but I believe it was from all the tension I was carrying in my upper back/shoulders! At the end I felt calm and ready to take on the rest of my day. :-) Thank you!

Thank you, this really helped my upperback to loosen up a bit! Though I still am a bit stiff in the part of the back just below the neck, not on the sides of the body but really on the back. Guess I'll have to do this sequence a few more times!

I've noticed that sometimes I have difficulty sourcing a really deep breath and that my thoracic area is the part of my back that moves the least. This has been a great practice to address this as I could feel it starting to stretch from the inside out. and as a bonus my shoulders feel much more open and relaxed. This will be a go to class for me - thank you Veronique (gorgeous accent too ;))

Hello, I started feeling a tightness on my upper and mid back while seating cross-legged in my couch, holding my laptop and soon it hurt to breathe or swallow. After this class, I feel open and clear again. Much much better. Thank you Veronique and Esther.
