In this short Yin class we work on opening the chest, hips, legs and feet, with poses like heart roll, Anahatasana, toe stretch and more. I did this at the end of the working day and it gave me a lovely boost of grounded energy to enjoy the evening with. You'll need a blanket for this class.

Thank you! I have 2 questions: one I always slip in puppy dog pose so end up tensing or grabbing my mat to hold on, any suggestions? And two my blanket always seems too big. What kind of size is ideal? 🙏

Thanks Esther - I love practising yin and it's great for there to be classes that are a bit shorter so I don't have to miss out on the benefits if I don't have time to do a full-length class. It's amazing how quickly you can bring a bit of calm to your body - just what we all need at the moment (practising this during lockdown).
