If you have swollen legs or tension in your legs, hips and calves, then this practice is for you. We use Yin poses to release tension in the calf muscles, the front of the hips and the lower back. This shorter Yin practice allows you to engage the rest and digest state of your nervous system, which will help you to feel renewed and relaxed. Furthermore, these poses engage your enhance your digestive system and are great if you suffer from lower back issues caused by too much sitting.

Props: 2 blocks, bolster, blanket, cushion.

this was great Jose! I had to leave the wrist stretches quickly, but my bolsters supported me in an alternate arm position to continue with the leg and low back holds. Thank you for this thoughtful practice.
