Using the tools and techniques of Hatha yoga to subtly energise your body, whilst at the same time releasing tension and stress. Beginning from sitting with Asureya Bheda pranayama, the practice unfolds as your stress is released. We then take it down to the mat, using a cushion or a block to support the pelvis in a restorative posture. After taking the time to let the lower back release, we luxuriate in a supported twist. After returning back to sitting, feel the fluidity of the spine as you are guided into a twist and then a releasing forward bend. Finally, allow yourself to be guided down onto your mat with a simple yet effective breath and body visualisation.

Thank you Andrew, I always benefit a great deal from your classes. I needed to settle and be reminded to breathe and focus on my body in a calm and aware way, my mind was busy, but it was very helpful that you kept giving reminders to stay present. I rally appreciate that you never rush a class, having the time to think about the breath and body is extremely nourishing. Thanks again ??

Dear Andrew, It is my first class on Ekhart yoga and i have some question for You. The thing is i am 51yrs old woman ? but i am former basketball player for long 15 years and my knees and lower back are not good... I have kifotic and skoliotic back too. I am 187cm and 99kg wait... As You can read ihave a lot of chalenge but i have good will and love to make my body youn again as much as it possible. I need to change my eating habit too i now ?. Well You can ask me what is the question? Help me to make some selection with what to start... Need some gudines please...what i see and feel i think i prefere Restorativ yoga... Lot of movement is not for me at last in this state of my body... I forgot to say i am very unlexible right now... I am so stiff... I am litle unberace to wrote down so many negativ descriptions but that is realisti observation of my state of body wrote now. Waiting for your help ?. Soory that i wrote here...
