This particular sequence of poses can be very effective in restoring energy, improving digestion and calming the nerves. Wonderful for relaxation or when needing some energy, and particularly effective when feeling depleted or tired. We don't stay too long in the poses, which makes this practice more accessible time-wise too. Your normal Yin props will be handy - block, cushions, etc.

I cannot express enough gratitude for this class Anat. I did it in London ( UK) on 21 Dec 2021, when the news from the weekend could not have been worse. At the end, my tears flowed, a release of the grief I feel for the young people in my life, for their friends, and for every young person living through these apparently catastrophic times. I give thanks for having them in my life, for the new opportunities they bring, for their laughter and joy in each other, and for their resilience and fortitude. Thank you Anat. The words of Krishna really resonated with me. I do believe that is best to follow your own path wrong than to follow others. It may seem more harder to chip away at your own path than to follow a well trodden one, but it isn’t so in the long run. As you said you have to be comfortable in the discomfort.
