A short therapeutic treatment to help relieve wrist pain that can/should be repeated several times a week. You need to communicate clearly to your partner when to stop or back off a bit. Guide them so it feels good in your body. It should not hurt and if it feels wrong, it usually is - so tell them and make sure it is therapeutic! You will need a block and a belt and a friend!

This felt quite strong in one of my shoulder-heads.. I am curious, how it feels tomorrow, the area feels well supplied with blood, which really is relieving and feels fresh and awake :) thank you

the shoulder is better moveable, but - doc says - there is a hematoma in the shoulder joint, movement is good, but the strong feelings will remain, till this is cured.. i have no clue what i did, to get this... anyway, i will repeat this class, it is quick, and brings a better range of movement, thank you :)

Hi Claudia, I am glad my laughter therapy supports your well being too :) We have lots of videos for wrist things on the site. I do not know any specific ones off my head but go to the main VIDEOS page and search for wrist and you will see heaps of them!
