Smashed it out of the park with this one, Marlene! I woke up anxious, with lots of work to do and this enabled me to calm down and then sit in meditation. Really wonderful. I am a writer and I can see myself using this all the time. Thank you.

I have super weak neck it's very tight get mirgraines its messed up pinched nerves weak...found the breathing a bit hard to do. But love this so much will try anyways for awhile. Like this rocked! Any suggestions for super weak neck I have breathing issues from it keeps getting hurt.

Hi Tara, Thank you for your comments. The neck is quite tricky it needs love and attention, and careful and gentle movement. But movement is really key to keep circulation and to create space. The only thing is not to do too much so that it get's stiff and painful. I would suggest trying to do small gentle horizontal figure 8 with your nose and then slightly increase the figure 8. 1 of 2 times per day for a couple of minutes. Also try my set: Adjusting the Body. https://www.ekhartyoga.com/classes/adjusting-the-body there are some cool ways to align the spine and the neck. But do please be very careful. Never push in, if it doesn't feel ok, don't do it. The breathing will come over time, just keep trying gently. Maybe when your neck has more space :) All my love, Marlene
