A floor-based practice that introduces Uddiyana Bhanda lifts in the beginning. It is advised that you do this practice on an empty stomach so its great for morning yoga before breakfast. Lots of abdominal exercises to tone the back, front and sides of the torso.

Great class, I've done it so many times I've lost track. Its both relaxing yet strengthening. I love it! Plus the added inversion is a nice touch!

Really great flow practice including breathing in a really clear and easy way to follow. Really lovely teacher as well. The only thing is that I don't find that is suitable for all levels as labelled, with a headstand and some very strong core involving both legs and arms, which with my somewhat weak back I could not follow (have been practicing for quite a few years). Many thanks

Thanks got the feedback Vesna. You can always hold down dog with forearms on the floor and head off floor to build strength. Also plank with forearms on floor is great for building strength in core and back. Thanks for taking class with me. Blessings

Super! Great class. Demanding and peaceful at the same time. Nichi, I'm looking at you: so slender and petite, so strong yet! You're doing core strengthening exercises even without missing a breath!
