In this practice we focus on activating our glutes – one of the largest yet often underused muscle groups in our bodies. With targeted exercises and mindful movements, we’ll develop a strong posterior chain that can help alleviate and prevent lower back pain. Expect a mix of floor-based stretches and assisted standing balance to engage the glutes and create lasting strength and stability.
