Thanks, Laia. I had a very rushed day today where I ate my lunch AND my dinner too quickly (which I don't usually do) so that was ideal. I did it in my normal clothes as well so it was nice and easy. I liked your honesty about farting because it does happen, as you say!

It’s funny, I usually don’t practice yoga too soon after eating because I’m worried it will make me feel queasy but it seems to depend on which poses you do. This feels like a nurturing practice at any time so I’ll be coming back to it as always with your classes. Thank you Laia!
