Thanks for this nice class. It did wake up my body after a long day at work. I have a suggestion as well: Could you do a class where you focus on the shoulder/neck area and the wrists? I can feel I get very sore there as well after a long week at work. Namaste,

I usually do yoga in my lunchbreak, when I don't have 50 minutes for it, but 20-30. I like your classes, they're often challenging, but in exactly the right way. Could you do something like this to counterbalance sitting at a computer, but shorter. Pretty please!

This seems a really good class but as a beginner I struggled with quite a lot of it - would be good to have suggestions for, and demonstrations of, easier positions as in other classes I've followed. MacKenzie makes it looks incredibly easy but I'm a long way from being able to get into those positions and no alternatives are given. Not sure this is really for 'all levels'?

I did this after doing one of your fit flow HIIT classes. Felt so good to pause and stretch and relish in some poses. Apparently I held the poses long enough that the chipmunks thought I was a statue, and they came very close to my mat (I was practicing outside)! Great class, which got added to my favorites. Thanks Mackenzie!
