Thank you so much Jennilee. How lovely was your gentle fun guiding into Paradise of just where I was. You know it was a bird to me! Maybe a fluffy juvenile ! Feel great afterwards- enjoyed all the steps and the full circle. Very glad I partook! So many things we need in life in this class - thank you for doing it for us.

Thank you so much, I loved this practice and felt excited to be in the peak pose, I felt my body was ready for it and I’m sure my bird of Paradise will get more confident 🙏🏼

Fantastic practice! I was surprised how huge my improve is specially in my right leg side that I could stand my leg but not very straight. I been doing this pose but this was my first time that I could stand up . Now needs to work on my left some flexibility. Thank you Jennilee so much for guiding us each step at the time and for being generous with your time to create these sequence for this Eckhart community. Thanks Jennilee. Namaste 🙏🙏❤️❤️

In and out, and building strenght and confidence along the way... 💪🙏 Please please could you do a similar specific class for handstand and scorpio, these 2 are still science fiction to me, after years of practice... Hello, I have a question regarding the class. I was born by breech presentation (legs first), during my delivery one of my hips got out of the hip socket, as the midwives were trying to get me out, I have acquired hip displasia/ displacement. As a baby I spent a few months in a special splint/ dressing to immobilise my hip joint. Ever since my delivery my legs have not been of the same length, one of them is about 3-4 mm shorter. Because of this difference I developed scoliosis, which is the main reason why I do asanas. My question is, whether these asanas are safe form me? Can I do this practice to strengthen my hips? Are there any asanas that you would recommend? Kind regards, Alexandra :-)

Hello Aleksandra! I too was breech!!! Its always good to work on stabilizing exercises and well as hip opening postures:) I love working with the resistance band to add strength to my outer hips and then hip openers such as found here in this class:) Hope this helps!!!
