In this 30-minute Hatha flow, you’re invited to explore balance in a way that feels curious, adaptable, and kind. Rather than chasing shapes, we work from listening – allowing your body to guide how far, how deep, or how steady you go. The practice builds strength and stability through the legs and side body, while keeping a sense of ease and play. Subtle variations in gaze and head movement gently stimulate the brain, supporting balance, coordination, and presence. This is a supportive practice for when you want to feel both strong and free, balanced without being rigid, and focused without losing softness.
