Rather than chasing shapes, we work from listening – allowing your body to guide how far, how deep, or how steady you go. The practice builds strength and stability through the legs and side body, while keeping a sense of ease and play. Subtle variations in gaze and head movement gently stimulate the brain, supporting balance, coordination, and presence. This is a supportive practice for when you want to feel both strong and free, balanced without being rigid, and focused without losing softness.

Thanks Esther, I really enjoyed this class. I’m wondering about the section where you turn your eyes in the opposite direction of the turn of your head,…..found this to be challenging….is this something with a specified benefit?
