This short class is meant for when you don't have time and need to get down to business! Even with this limited time frame, we don't lose our Pilates principles: breath, centring, concentration, focus, flow and precision. This intentional Pilates flow will prepare you for your day and help you to feel ready to go.

Dear Anna, what a lovely addition to the Pilates choices on the site. This was a challenging one for me and there were points where I had to pause and rest, then pick back up with the class.
