Phew, those hip stretches did me in, kept having cramps and had to stop and wait for the cramps to fade. But I love these movements, so small but so punchy! xxx

Subtle movments....so much happening in my hips...and love to feel an play the cores ...definitely I am getting stronger after a week of pilates with diferent and wonderful teacher!

What a fantastic class! Hidden behind the Pilates clock (itself a delight for a sore back) all sorts of devilish variants to work out the back, thighs and oh yes glutes. You know the sequence is great when the body anticipates the instructions. It goes on my 'back health' list. Thank you and a happy new year Anna!
