Join Ruth, along with a stretchy band and/or ankle weights, to see how you can support your body in this stage of life by incorporating more resistance and weight bearing for bone health, as well as some positive thoughts!

I do your excellent 'General Pilates ' class once a week if I can. This one, is also excellent (I find both quite strenuous but take the practice at my own pace!) I wish I had started both these classes ten years earlier as it probably would have gone a long way to prevent my current shoulder problem. Prevention is so important and this is why I think your classes are so valuable - like a gift to oneself- to fit into the week. So thank you for the gift.

Dear Ruth, my body is so grateful with your classes and thank you for sharing your knowledge. I enjoy to repeat them because they are so beneficial and eficient to me. I had my hips cracking a lot and now this stopped since I practice pilates with you. My core got stronger. And using the band is something I enjoy. Looking forward doing more new classes with you!

Loved how you use resistance bands in this class - movements feel more stable/controlled when using the bands, even when more strength is required. I would love an 'all-levels' pilates with resistance bands program...
