This was awesome, thank you!When I yawn (involuntarily) I can't hear anything though and tears leak out, but I love this and I do this many times during the day.(I also have many cats to remind me to do this often!)xxx

So i truly liked it, all this stretching and yawning. But then afterwards when i was eating my breakfast, my sight went wavingly blurry. I think my (already low) bloodpressure somehow dropped way too low in response to - well, to what i don't know. The relaxation? The yawning?

Ooooo...I don't know Annemarie! The yawning and making noise stimulates the Vagus Nerve which really does turn on the Relaxation Response!!! Yawning is an incredibly relaxing thing to do:):):)

Such a wonderful class. I realized how important it is to release our jaws and how rarely we actually do so in our world. The jaw and the pelvis are directly connected within the lines of fascia! Open up one and you help the other open up and align as well!
