Hello Clayton!
I think the class was just wonderful! I really enjoyed it!
I have a question though; during the session, for some reason my elbows started hurting (especially during the chaturanga and upward dog)... I was wondering if you may have any suggestions into why, if there is something I am doing wrong?

Hi Teja, check the positioning of your hands. Make sure your hands are facing forward, put most of the weight in the base of the thumbs, micro-bend your elbows (not hyper extending)...see if that helps.
